August 31st, 2013 – JA Flight Services located at Chicago’s Aurora Airport has reported record flight activity in both their Charter and Flight Training department from June 1st, 2013 – August 31st, 2013:

Total Flights – Represents all flying conducted b JA Flight Services for the period:

Flights – 2173
Hours – 2306.6
Passenger/Student count – 4230
Charter – Represents both part 135 charter and part 91 flying for the period:

Flights – 901
Hours – 1056.5
Passengers -2894
Flight Training – Represents all flying in JA Flight Services Training Aircraft:

Flights – 1272
Aircraft Hours – 1250.1
Instructor Hours – 1336

JA Flight Services (JAFS) in an affiliate company of JA Air Center located at Chicago’s Aurora Airport. Founded in 2008, JAFS owns, operates and manages aircraft for both part 91 and part 135 flight operations. All flights referenced above were conducted in JAFS managed aircraft which total 15 aircraft including, Cessna Skycatcher, Cessna Skyhawk, Piper Seminole, Cessna 310, Cessna 208 & 208B Caravan’s, King Air 90 & 200 and Cessna Citation Bravo aircraft. JAFS’s continued growth in all flight activities now employs 25 people; 13 full-time and 12 part-time.
